The teachers make you feel at home. You can walk in anyone's classroom and feel like it is a safe environment to talk. We have LOTS of school spirit. Along with the Pride band and the WRHS cheerleaders. This school changed my perspective on people for the better.

I have attended Walnut Ridge schools my whole life. Every year I have been provided with a great teacher who made me understand what I'm learning and also made me enjoy it. The teachers make you feel comfortable and easy to talk to them. Furthermore, not only are the teachers excellent, so are the many opportunities for clubs, extracurricular activities, etc.

The teacher would rather gossip about the students and other faculty members. The school only funds football, baseball and basketball. The other sports like cheer, choir, and band are left to do fundraisers to fund their activities. The teachers will focus and give more attention to the students who's parents have more money and will give it to the school.
