They do not support special needs students appropriately. This school is not safe. The little kids are bullied by the older kids daily without anyone to go to for safety. I'm talking about 4th graders seeking out 1st graders to harass every day. Teachers and administration refuse to respond to paren...

Previous principal was ok, not good with holding students accountable, but the kids liked him. New principal in 2nd year here, Mr. Keen, is very involved in all aspects of the school and more hands on. He holds kids responsible and works to correct wrong behaviors. Pinewood is a great school and has great staff! I have two kids enrolled in this school A fourth grader and a first grader, and they both love going to school everyday.
