one of the most traumatizing experiences of my life. one of 4 black people in my graduating class of 250, got my diploma in a brown paper bag along with my school supplies, half the grade didn't even finish their classes and still graduated because the teachers gave up. encountered unbelievable amounts of racism and homophobia. i was made to feel like a lesser person while i was at this school; bullied to the point of mind-break. the one saving grace is there are some great teachers and human beings that made my academic and art life a lot less painful than my social life. the racism and bigotry at this school directly feeds into the even worse culture of watchung hills which is the main reason i chose to leave the pipeline. that decision was the best i've ever made hands down. all in all a horrible experience in which the only positive i can take away is this: if i can survive warren middle school i can survive just about anything life throws at me.

The schools is above my expectations. The counselor and teachers are very knowledgeable and kind with the students. My son is happier and learning a lot.

In my 20 years of education, I've never experienced a more high maintainance school. The amount of busywork they assign students is staggering.
