I think the school does a great job at teaching students general subjects while also offering many accelerated course options so more advanced students are actively challenged. It also has a lively staff and plenty of extracurricular activities for students to participate in, so its well balanced over all.

Perfect blend of great teachers and great athletics. Teacher to student ratio is amazing and allows a private school education in a public school realm.

Lordstown has the size and the feel of a private school, with the price of a public school. It is an amazing school to grow up in and there is such a great community around the school. The staff is great and the students are accepting and inclusive. The facilities are a little outdated, but the administration is working hard to increase the quality of every student's experience.

One of the best schools in Ohio. Top notch education and great teachers. The school sets high standards; those who are not used to accountability and challenging students to achieve their very best might find the pace a little fast.

Absolutely terrible. The school has no respect for kids who are different and allows students to harass each other and does nothing to prevent and control bullying

Students treat each other horribly. Some teachers are wonderful while others are a complete joke and inappropriate. The school board members act like they are in high school themselves. There is money coming in from the energy plant eventually but that is not going to change the behavior or spending...

Lordstown High School. My son will soon be graduating and I couldn't be happier. His senior year should of been one of the best times of his life but because of a breakup with one of the staff and board members daughter it has been one of the worst years. This kitchen staff member harassed my son to...
