My school is fairly new and is centered around supporting the academic success and social-emotional well-being of young males of color. While we have a lot to be proud of as a school community we are continuing to grow and develop. I hope the school system invests more intentionally in supporting us and future students at this school.

Such a great minded school. My all 4 years here as a young king has been terrific. I loved my high school experience in being in the first all black male high school in the district. Highly recommended

Great School. This institution has its goals and priorities in place. It offers a wide variety of courses that lead to professional opportunities such as internships and summer employment. Ron Brown is definitely working hard to change the narrative and futures of young black men in the DCMetro area...

My son has been a Young King since August 2019 and boy do we make the right choice. This school is about commitment to the Young Kings and their families. The admin, care team, and teachers are dedicated to these young men and want to see them do well. It honestly feel like one big extended family!...

The opportunities here are designed for the black young male to grow and flourish. They allow you to make mistake and actually learn from it instead just yelling. Ron Brown has so many connections. I have been in meetings with Apple writers, people who work at Netflix, Tyler Perry Studios, Departmen...
