Shepherd is a wonderful small community where you get to know all the other children, parents, and teachers easily. Unlike some other DCPS elementary schools, there are fewer than 400 children and most live in the immediate boundaries of the school. This, combined with an active and engaged PTO and...

This school is average. The teachers did not communicate well with the students nor did they give the homework specified to their needs.
