GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Really did not prepare me for college. I was jot super challenged in classes. They have made some great strides in the last 2 years, so hopefully, they will challenge students more.

I moved into Washington as a move-in when I was in 6th grade. At first, it was hard to adjust to a small town and small school, but coming to Washington was the best decision I have ever made. The teachers are so caring and the same as the administration. I did cheer all throughout middle school and high school. Our athletic programs are the best in Washington. All of our sports are amazing and usually, they always go to state. The community is amazing in Washington as well. I am so glad that Washington is my hometown.

Health and safety policies are great, because there are not many accidents that occur. I have heard of only a single fight breaking out during my years at this high school.
