I have only been attending Live Oak High for three years. My overall experience has been wonderful, although there could be a few improvements. When I moved to Live Oak during my sophomore year of high school, I felt very connected to the students and staff. Many of the people that I now call my friends were very welcoming. The only thing I would change/ ask for would be to have a true choir class. I grew up singing and when I learned that Live Oak didn't have a choir I was a little bummed out, but all and all I have enjoyed my experience at Live Oak High. I am proud to say that I will be an alumnus of the home of the Eagles.

I have enjoyed all of my teachers. They teach the curriculum while also making it more interesting and engaging. They get to know their students and have always been there when I needed them. Most are willing to give you their time to help you with things even if it's not necessarily school related. They genuinely care for their students.

I don't recommend this school at all. All the teachers/administration cares about is how good the school looks. My experience there overall was terrible all the cheerleaders and football players get favored over everyone else, some teachers even gave them higher scores on test and ignored there mistakes just so they could pass. The teachers were also very rude, also they did nothing about bullying.

So many students here are on honors courses and AP courses and so heavily pressured by the students and teachers around them to have good grades, high gpa and good standardized test scores, I have not meet one student that is on the collage path that does not feel overwhelmed or stressed because of...

The school itself is good, but the office staff including assistant principal is awful. They care more about the student (one who made serious threat to my daughter) coming back after 1-day suspension more than my daughter being very scared. Plus the awful guidance counselor told all of my daugther’...
