The Head of School, Nikki Daniels, and Assistant Head of School, Susie Swing, are incredible leaders on campus and care deeply about students, parents, and teachers. The school's four values of Make Christ Known, See Every Person, Craft Beauty, and Laugh Together are woven into academics, athletics, fine arts, and all programs on campus. It is a beautiful place to work.

I graduated from Monte Vista Christian in 1999 as an international student from Hong Kong. My experience there was very good overall. I found the faculty members for our boarding really kind and loving. They felt like parents to me and made me feel very welcome and settle in quite quickly. MVC is extremely organized, responsive and has great administration and support staff. The athletic programs are also well organized and provide an encouraging environment for youth.
