This school offers a bilingual program for K-5th grade. Additionally, there are multiple clubs for students to participate, from running club to student council. Furthermore, Wedgeworth is also the only school in Waxahachie that has 2 R.N.s on campus.

Wedgeworth elementary is a great school for dual language opportunities. Students have numerous opportunities to be actively involved in after school activities.

Wedgeworth is a Structured and friendly environment. It is a clean building, with helpful and friendly employees. Students walk through the building in an orderly fashion.

We made the choice to have my daughter redo kindergarten, after her experience in California schools. She has grown and shown HUGE improvements. Her teacher is caring and very involved. Wedgeworth is a large school, yet our students and staff still feel like a family. In addition to the outstanding things happening each day in the classrooms, there are also ways for students and families to connect through extracurricular programs, clubs, & events.
