Horrible. The staff and administration make you feel like you can trust them and they want to do what is best for your student but in all actuality they are following and scripted protocol that is not individualize at all - this is a school that supports the masses and sheeplike herd mentality.

Heritage-Intermediate has many great and dedicated teachers and staff. But the Special Education department has included a few teachers who excelled at shallow behavior, immature back-biting, and a generally showed a pervasive lack of respectful professionalism.
