Overall, I like my school and had a fun experience over the last four years. The only issues I've ever had were with petty things like being unable to change my schedule, which I understand. One thing I would like to see change is that the faculty and staff actually look into students and give them help and support when needed.

I like that it's a small school which allows you to know almost everyone. However, because it is so small, there are a lot of opportunities you miss. I would like to see more emphasis on academics and less on sports.

My daughter graduated from WBHS in 2009 and started in Montevallo. A friend of hers went to Samford. Both were straight A students in high school. Both dropped out of college because they weren't prepared and couldn't handle it. Now my youngest will be going to WBHS next year unless I can somehow ma...

I feel the school does not prepare the children well for college. As a former student, I struggled adjusting to the actual study time that was involved in college. I can only remember taking books home to study a few times. The school needs better teachers, that better prepare for the children's fut...
