In my experience it was rough. There is a lot of bullying especially if you're popular or not. A lot of teachers left we needed them most it was hard my 4 years of going there. There was barely any support. But the swim team and color guard were my best part.

Ashe County High School has done an excellent job in preparing me for the future, and all it may entail.

I enjoyed my time at Ashe County High. I met a lot of good people and there were a lot of good, inspiring teachers. I would say this school lacks diversity a lot. Though I did enjoy my time at the GSA and with the other LGBT students.

My children have been very successful at ACHS. The teachers truly care and work hard to help out the kids. The admin really want to help kids be successful and graduate with a plan of what is next.

As a student when this school first opened , I hated every minute of it. As a 35 year old, I'm thankful my child won't have to go this school.

We now live in a metropolitan area, but my 3 oldest children were all very happy at ACHS, Some math teachers are nationally trained, and the AP Calculus teacher is a tester for Texas Instruments. I was surprised to find such high caliber teachers in a very rural community. This school has an excelle...
