The administration staff was not approachable, making it hard to ask for help or get the resources needed.

I graduated from forest hill community high school and was a part of the IB program. This school taught me a lot, but also lacked a lot. Many of the teachers were not always primary sources and could not help us right away. Many of the admin were not always respondent and useful, but were nice.

I started Forest Hill High School in January 2024 as a senior. This school is still new for me even if I can tell many things about it. Being from France and coming to the United States in july 2023, it was hard to find a school that would graduate me even if I applied to all the requirements. I started in a private school in South Carolina that would not graduate me. When I transferred to Forest Hill, they did everything to make me a senior and be able to graduate this year, the administration is really efficient. The teachers have been really welcoming too.

There are very few reasons why someone would actually want to go here. One bright spot in my experience was the environmental science academy. The teachers genui...

For all that have left bad ratings I would like to tell you about my sons experience. He is in the very prestigious AICE program that Forest Hill offers due to the fact that the school qualified. This decision is mostly based on the experience and advanced degrees of the educators. AICE, developed i...

I would love to give a higher rating. The administration may have cleaned up a lot of issues. Buuut, they totally disregard and dont support the arts. Band/Marching Band, Drama, Chorus, Dance. All the attention all goes to sports. To the point that they don't allow the marching band to practice on p...

The magnet coordinator is awesome, the school itself is in good condition, with a nice cafe. There are lots of really great programs to choose from. Lots of sports to play.
