In palm beach lakes community high school, I have had both good and bad experiences. I have been able to make new friends and be able to participate in new clubs, stay for tutoring on subjects I need help with, communicated well with teachers, and have fun in some good school activities. However, I have had bad experiences too, where a teacher would often pick on me and 2 other students, often calling us dumb & stupid. It often discouraged me to study, but I had to overcome it so that I can continue with my academics. Overall, she realized that what she was doing was wrong and stopped. I would like for teachers to be nicer to students and have a good sense of character. I would love for the school district to change the food options, because most of the food here looks well, not appetizing. But overall, I like my school !!

I briefly attended this school in 2006 my experience here was horrible my daughter now attends to school she's currently in the 11th grade she has Aice classes and is an overall good student in my opinion. Communicating with this school is little to none it's one-sided they can reach me but I can't reach them even when I drive up to the school I'm always left for hours burning in the sun only to get the around my child was first attacked by a student in the gym she didn't lift a finger towards the student this was all on the video the school suspended her also this is unfair How could a student who didn't even hit someone get 10 days suspension 10 grade was manageable. 11th grade is a whole other story they tried to suspend her for fainting due to a medical condition when I call the school over and over nothing and I go up there for hours burning in the Sun I get nothing results just lies they're happy to call my phone to tell me they want to suspend by any means so unfair

My experience in Palm Beach lakes High School is interesting because the reason I say that word to describe my school is being in the class everyday makes you feel like your doing the same thing every day and If you would say something to someone you might end up fighting someone over words and I could talk to any staff to have a laugh without getting in trouble or not feel that I'm getting told to do better even though there are students sleeping next to and not getting told to do there work. My best experience in this school is when I found a staff that looks out for me talks to me when going to my class but understands me and gives me advice about ignoring people and move along to prevent a fight. My worst experience in this school is the fighting cause everyone to change because people love to see other people fight it gets them pump up but why fight over someone or something said because at least we have six to ten fights every month. I would like to change how we view each other
