My experience has been akin to a dream come true. This school has helped me to gain more knowledge in every aspect of my life. Whether it be in academics, sports, or social life, this school has helped me grow and become the best version of myself. Although Roxbury Latin can be very academically rigorous at times, the people and the overall feeling of succeeding at something so difficult are well worth the occasional struggles.

It's a historically good school, but it lacks any diversity - most of its students being from working class, catholic families, and it has started focusing too much on athletics. Teachers and administrators seem more focused and interested now in the athletic operations and success of the school rather than the academics.

Overrated. Not what I hoped or thought it would be. My child would have faired much better at Nobles. A number of good teachers but the lack of co Ed , number of students there just to please parents. School has lost ground in recent years and matriculation fairs no better than most privates.

This is the best environment for humanities and languages- modern and ancient. tThe students learn study skills, rigor, and compassion. A very, very fine education that will ground your child.
