Suffield High School is a typical rural farm town school. Offers a great Ag program that people from other districts transfer over to attend, and its a very basic but solid education. In terms of athletics, soccer and lacrosse are all that matters - other sporting events usually just have a few parents in the stands. Decent music program given the size of the school.

I have attended Suffield High School all 4 years. I moved from Manchester and was very used to a diverse atmosphere. I was behind on all of my classes. Thankfully the school was able to get me on track sieve their amazing staff and teachers. Although the town itself isn't very diverse I was happy to know that they accepted my siblings and I with open arms. I'm thankful every day that I was able to complete my high school education in an area that is known for its wonderful schooling. Thank you suffield high school for helping me catch up and helping me find myself along the way with the wonderful guidance counselor's that made sure I was going to graduate.

The school has been a great experience overall. The teachers are great, and really care about each student academically and personally. I have not found a teacher that I don't like. Also, the extracurricular activities are very good. There are many clubs and sports offered, and if you do not find exactly what you like, there are ways to start your own club. Suffield High School has been a great place to grow up and discover my interests as I head off to college.

This school seems like it is perpetually in transition. There is tension between the locals who have lived here all their lives and those who moved here in the last 20 years. It has created issues on the Board and has shown itself in the school leadership. Several good leaders have left the district...

This is a very good school. Small class sizes, good teachers, many clubs and sports teams. I have family who work in the school system and have a perspective from the inside, and the consensus is that Suffield is an exceptional school.
