Whitehall High School only has about 140 students, so all the students know each other. We are very close to each other. Our teachers really care about us. We only have one teacher per subject area in the high school. If we want to take any specialized courses, we have the opportunity to take classes through MT digital academy or through Montana Tech or Helena College dual credit. The high school recently added an FFA program if you are into that.

I had fond memories of going to school here at Whitehall. There were a lot of school spirit, sports, and activities. I remembered most about my cheerleading times. On the other hand, the academics weren't as great. I never got to learn Spanish because my teacher was fired from how bad she was. This is just one example. The facilities were old and falling apart.

There were some teachers that always went above and beyond to help students. They would come in early or stay late to help the students succeed. There were also other teachers that were not interested in their jobs and did not help prepare any students for graduation. I would not recommend that anyone goes to the school because of limited classes that are offered and that the school system is stretching the teachers too thin.
