Enrolling my child in this school is one of my biggest regrets. She never recovered academically, even after several remedial classes. She would have been so much better off in our public school, but I bought into the propaganda. There barely any licensed teachers and the rest have no idea what they're supposed to be doing.

While there is great diversity in the school a big problem is also the same diversity. Some if not most of the foreign kids that are accepted don't know any or enough English to understand the classes. So as a result the same material is repeated over and over and we never progress.

I have 2 kids that have been at LPA for 2 years. The staff are genuinely invested and care about my children's future. Academics are tough but the teachers are always willing to help. This school is a hidden gem in Wichita

I would not recommend Word of life school because the grades are together. The Children do not get help with there assignments, when the Teacher is teaching the other grade. I believe that a teacher should be allowed teach are children for 7 hours and not 3 1/2 hours. I pay the tuition for full day...
