I really loved the school spirit students at Jamestown had and the pride we shared. I loved my afterschool activities and a lot of the staff. There was little diversity and it was hard to feel part of the community in an upper middle class school as someone in the upper lower class.

It was pretty good, I wish there was a longer lunch though. There were very teachers at this school, but every once in a while there would be a teacher whose teaching style didn't work for me. The content they went over prepared me for the exams that I had to take, and helped with college entrance as well.

Worst parts were the school culture and atmosphere. I felt suffocated everyday there and felt so trapped and exhausted just being on school grounds. The best parts were the school counselors and the dedication they had to helping their students get to where they needed to be and doing their best to help them when they could. I would like to see it be more welcoming to diversity and to offer more opportunities to less fortunate students that don't have the means to pursue sports or higher education.

The teachers seem to care about students here. Our school does great in sports. Also, it seems to be a happy place. I know all kids may not feel they fit in , but with sports, arts, band, choir, theater there are alot of ways to connect

Do not recommend this school!! This is very unsafe environment for anyone!!! I absolutely agree with the other reviews on bullying! The principal treats the trouble makers like kings and queens because he thinks that will help keep them out of trouble and when it doesn’t, everything gets swept under...
