GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

This school offered many educational classes and classes to obtain college credits from PCT while in high school. The faculty lacks student safety and has had one too many bad experiences with students to staff/teachers.

Coming from a good student, who took 8 AP classes over four years and got a majority of As, who was involved in music, athletics, and several clubs, Williamsport High School is simply a poor school. I am in college now, and compared to my peers here, I am completely unp...

My children have all had great experiences at WAHS. The teachers care more than any others I have seen. They have always worked hard at communication with parents.

As an AP student and participant in the school's nationally recognized music program, I feel as if WAHS afforded me a superb education. Students who were in lower level academic classes or who didn't participa...

This school sucks. I went there for high school and unless your in all Advanced Placement classes you're not going to learn close to anything. I personally felt like my learning had stopped after middle school until I started to teach myself via the internet and books. I was absent for close to half...
