This school is very high rated- and for a good reason. It is very hard to succeed for the average joe and many kids have private tutors and very rich and successful parents. It may lower your child's self esteem if your family comes from a middle to lower class family. The coursework is much harder and the classes are much more rigorous than competing high schools in the area (New Trier, LT, HS, DGN). However for me, it's been a great learning process. There are many opportunities to succeed and many great teachers.

My grand son is in 6 th grade. His name is Akhil naarayan Chintalapally. All the teachers are very good and he is doing well. Particularly he is extreme good at math due to encouragement from teachers and school. Sports activity is also good

I could not ask for a better place to have my kids. The sports are great and they especially have a very well respected Cross Country team that prepares the kids for High school. Highly regarded in every way!

My son is a student at Westview. He has excellent teachers, he really enjoys the learning environment and the loves he myriad of options to be involved in extracurricular activities.
