Mount Pleasant High School has a good culture and good teachers. However, a lot of people don't put much effort into academics.

Mount Pleasant is an overall great school. With many different sports, extracurriculars, and academic pathways, there's something for everyone. The staff is friendly and very respectful of their students, they are all very easy to talk to. The only downside about Mount Pleasant is some of the students that attend.
