I would say that my overall experience was good at Wilmington High School. Since the school is not large the teachers are very invested in students success and it is very nice for all the care the sports programs receive.

I absolutely loved going to Wilmington High School. I got close with many of the teachers, and always felt comfortable and welcome. If I could change one thing, it would be to add more funding to the theatre and music departments.

I would say that my overall four year experience was not a good one. I experienced bullying and when it was brought to the school's attention, nothing was done. It was basically suggested that I needed to either ignore the bullying or maybe change the way I looked and dealt with the bullies. My guidance counseler told my parents that maybe I was mistaken for a lesbian due to my haircut at the time.

The only improvement i can see that the school needs is a swimming pool. The children would benefit greatly i believe, swimming helps burn fat, it would be beneficial to their health!

I transfered to Wilmington High School as a sophomore. I came from a small private school that was very behind in their way of teaching. When I transfered i was about a year behind in all of my classes, and now I am exactly where I am suposed to be. Wilmington has done a great job catching me up.
