GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have had a great Isaac Bear experience. I think that it is a very strong school for academics as well as college readiness. If you are looking for more of the traditional high school experience (mainly with sports), you will not find that here. Another con of Isaac Bear is spending the first two years in the trailer since we do not have a permanent building.

Been a student at Isaac Bear Early College has been such a great experience. It was very hard at first, but with my teacher's support I was able to make it through the years. I've enjoyed every experience I've gotten at Isaac Bear and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to be a student there.

My experience at Isaac Bear was overall positive and my time there was very productive. Isaac bear was great at preparing us for college through rigorous workloads and volunteering requirements. The staff was also very supportive and encouraging throughout our high school career.

Teachers here are fun and can be your friend, but you MUST do their work! You must also be willing to give up sports and after school activites because o...

It's a great environment, with caring teachers who actually like to teach, students who want to learn, and an administrative team which is obsessed with the schools success. As for extracurricular activities, there are student clubs, which are teacher-ma...
