Winchester Elementary is the worst school in Roseburg. We will be finding another school for 2026. I’ve had nothing but issues. This is the second time my child has gone to this school. I am so pleased with the new structure of this school. There have been so many great changes. The staff is friendly and really work hard to keep students safe. We are happy with our experience at Winchester! My children look forward to school each day.

This school was wonderful til the new principal arrive An expects her students "our children" to be like robots ! No compassion for the kids unless they are her favorite! It's her way or no An any one that try's to ask for help oh well they deserve it! I really hope that they replace this principal...
