good. yeah I like the school pretty nice, but id say the writing program is the best and all the teachers are great. doesn't have the greatest of all sports program but it is pretty up there.

Fantastic experience. Top flight English program that sets you ahead of all your peers in college. Fantastic head of school and deans. Great community. Beautiful campus.

Academics were subpar at best. Several friends went to other private schools and I feel received a better overall experience. As a transfer student, I wish I stayed at my previous school. It was difficult to find a core group of peers to relate to and the teachers seemed mediocre at best.

Strong athletically and academically. Numerous varsity teams have gone on to win Founder's League championships. Truly amazing school. Biggest problem is its reputation! For example taft and Choate are more well known even though they aren't nearly as good in college placement and community life as LOOMIS.
