Winona Secondary School was actually a quite nice place if you found the right people. All of the teachers tend to be very professional and very courteous. I do think the school in general could do alot more work on mental health awareness but it's a great place.

The overall building is is horrendous condition. Most teachers come across as lazy and unprofessional. Rules focus on minute issues instead of major issues. Very very poor discipline as students regular berate teachers and staff alike. The food is beyond nasty. It is not uncommon to find trash in your food. The treatment of special education students is unlawful as they are allowed to roam wherever they may please. Only a few teachers stand out as great.

WSS has been an okay school. The administration and teachers are nice. The school itself is in bad shape though.
