GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I believe the staff is very involved in the lives of the students since class sizes are small. They are very watchful about the things going on around campus and respond very quickly to an incident when one occurs. However, there aren't many instances of bullying in our school.

The teachers are really remarkable. They are friendly if you are friendly to them. Our teachers help us when we are struggling with a subject or have an issue with one of the problems they gave. They are helpful and patient, constantly asking questions in order to test our understanding.

San Pasqual Valley Elementary School has a highly trained Staff and an incredible Principal (at this time). The Staff is constantly looking at student data to understand how to better serve the children. Staff get involved with the community by attending the local "grasshopper" league sporting event...
