GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Well I've been going to Yreka High school for a while. Since sophomore year to be exact. The Teachers are very Helpful and They've guided me and helped me learn though out all the school years I've been going.

I liked the teachers and admin at Yreka. Most of them had kids themselves and understood how hard it can be to be both an athlete and a student. They try to have as many opportunitys as possible for us at Yreka and I really do feel like they care. The worst part is most kids came from low income and many who did had low expectations for themselves when that is not the case. you just need to believe you can to succeed.

The school overall wasn't bad. I have been to many school throughout my childhood as I moved around almost every year my entire life until Yreka High School where I stayed from freshman to senior year. The school has its negatives and bad influences as does any School. Although, the support system as this school is pretty good and the teachers seem to focus and care about you. I liked it.
