Hilltop residential tranquility with a view
A serene and affluent neighborhood perched atop a hill at the center of Staten Island, Lighthouse Hill takes its name from the still-operating Staten Island Range Lighthouse, built in 1912. The area’s elevated vantage point provides residents with spectacular views of New York Harbor and surrounding parks, and with a CAP Index score of 1, crime is very low. Realtor Giovanna Cardinale of Neuhaus Realty describes Lighthouse Hill as “one of the most sought-after and central neighborhoods of Staten Island.”
