Virginia Beach has been Ann’s home for her entire life. Growing up next to the beach has been wonderful! I have watched Virginia Beach grow from a small town to the prosperous city it has become. Graduating from First Colonial High School and Sweet Briar College, just north of Lynchburg, we have the best of both worlds. Virginia is an amazing state, from the ocean to the mountains. It is just beautiful! In her young adult life, she was fortunate to be the owner of a needlework and knitting business. Papillion was open for five years. The business experience was quite extensive. Sales, buying merchandise, marketing and accounting were just a few of the skills she learned running the business. H Frank Malbon and Ann got married and have three beautiful children, John, Nell and Will. From the time her children were born, she was a stay-at-home mother and spent a great deal of time volunteering. The work she has done with the Junior League, Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, Jr. VA Beach Garden Club, Galilee Church Flower Guild, and the VA Beach Garden Club have been some of the most rewarding experiences of her life. Real estate has been an important part of her life for many years. Her mother was an extraordinarily successful Realtor. Currently, her brother and his wife are realtors in Richmond, VA. She finally decided to embark on a real estate career of her own. She loves collaborating with people and guiding them through the home buying or selling process. She knows the area quite well and can share my knowledge and experience. Coastal Virginia is a wonderful area. Many people are relocated here for some reason or another and decide to make it their permanent home. Ann would not trade her life experiences here for anything. This is a fabulous place to live, and she is thrilled to help people find that special place they call home!
