Chad Abraham

Chad Abraham is the newest member of the Bingham Realty family. He comes to us with a long familial history in the Real Estate industry, in fact his grandfather Lewis Abraham owned a Real Estate brokerage firm in Dade City and taught our founder the industry back in the 1970's. Licensed for over a decade, Chad has aggressively been selling for three years.
As a native to Dade City, Chad has seen the storm that we weathered going from a citrus and farming town to a booming retail and tourist bedroom community. Dade City's residences resiliency and pioneering spirit have always ensured the success of our town no matter the industry. Chad is no different.
After first acquiring his Real Estate license the market in Florida was upended by a downtrodden economy and a housing bubble crisis. That didn't stop Chad from advancing his career, planning for the future and keeping his eye on the exponential growth that Florida has faced. As a jack of all trades Chad can talk to you with full knowledge about anything from the medical industry to ecosystems and of course Real Estate.
When Chad isn't showing his clients property or working on a contract you can find him salt water fishing off Florida's beautiful coast or scuba diving in her pristine waters. In the fall and winter he enjoys deer hunting and spending time with his family.
