Clif James is highly professional and knowledgeable. Available, reliable, prepared and consistently on time. I would not hesitate a moment to refer him to others needing the services of a realtor. He immediately researched issues to prevent problems in the sale of the property such as TOPA in Washington, DC , the eviction of an occupant and installed solar panels. Also, he conducted a market analysis of area housing which proved to be helpful in setting the selling price of the property. The yard required clearing of junk and mowing of very tall grass. He went to the neighborhood and found a reliable contractor I could hire to do the work. I have worked with other realtors, Clif is the best. He supported me through out the process.
