We connected with Daniel via a listing we saw on Zillow and had only planned to have him show us one property. After the first meeting, it was clear he was the right Realtor for us and we are so glad we found him. Not only was he patient and incredibly knowledgeable, but he was just the best friend and resource for us during a very stressful time. He will spend as much time with you in person and on the phone as you need to feel comfortable and goes above and beyond to take care of his clients.

If it wasn't for him, we probably wouldn't have sold our house in DC as quickly as we did (our realtor there was awful and Daniel offered the support we needed to get things done) and we certainly would not have found our dream home in Westerville.

He was so skilled in writing the best offer for us that we won the contract from a number of other bids and we couldn't be happier. If you are buying or selling in this crazy market, we can't recommend him enough. We have so much confidence in his abilities that we have told all our friends and family here to use him and we will 100% be using him for any and all real estate transactions in the future! I had a wonderful experience working with Dan. As a first time homebuyer the entire process can seem overwhelming. From day 1 Dan pulled a lot of that stress right off my shoulders. As someone who knew next to nothing about real estate when the whole process began I felt like I could come to Dan with any question and walk away feeling well informed enough to make any decision responsibly.
