Working with David as a real estate agent was one of the best decisions we have made in the process of buying a house. He found us an amazing house in a market where houses are hard to find at all. Basically, he saved the day! If it wasn’t for him we would not have found just what we were looking for. He knew exactly what questions to ask and he knew what houses to show (and not show) without wasting time. HE IS EXCELLENT AT LISTENING TO HIS CLIENTS NEEDS. He “gets” it. To say that we had an amazing experience working with David is an understatement. He exceeded our expectations in every way. Working with David as our realtor, from start to finish, was a joy. As first-time home buyers he simplified the process and was exceptionally knowledgeable.

The Nashville real estate market is an extremely complex one to navigate, and the entire time it was apparent that David knew what he was doing.

I can’t say enough amazing things about working with David. This was our first time buying a home, we had A LOT of questions and, to be honest, everything scared us. David was incredibly knowledgeable and called referrals for us when we needed outside opinions (like fencing quotes and retaining walls). He is patient and calm and professional and understanding (!) which I needed as we started this journey while I was very pregnant and then very sleep deprived after having a baby. Not to mention in the middle of a pandemic! But he was always there for us, working through every obstacle. If you’re buying or selling your home, this is the guy you want on your team!
