From start to finish it was a pleasure working with James. He communicated very well and guided me through each step of selling my house. He gave excellent suggestions on preparing my house before going on the market which helped me generate a lot of interest and several great offers. I thought the whole process, from selling the house to closing on the house, was not stressful nor did it take long. Being in a situation where I had to be out of my house in a short amount of time James worked for me night and day. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell.

He was knowledgeable about real estate transactions, researched market comparables, assisted with getting the right listing price, and marketed the property broadly to potential interested buyers. He provided valuable insight into negotiation of the purchase contract. He produced a good result in the sale of our property.
