Buying a home is a huge puzzle for first-time buyers. I reached out to Mac through a friend's referral and found Mac has a vast experience in the real estate market & mortgage.

He understood my financial situation & budget clearly and gave proper advice on the importance of having good cash flows. He was always on time to visit the properties and explain the Pros & Cons of each house we visited. More importantly, he does not rush us to make a decision or force to buy the property.

He is a also mortgage lender and finds interest rates way better than banks offer. So, we didn't feel that hard to buy our first home as Mac was on our side. I'll definitely recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Loganda made our first time home buying experience a breeze. He was very responsive and didnt hesitate to go above and beyond. We got the keys to our home in 35 days from the date we first saw our home. We could have got it a week sooner if not for the delay from the Solar panels. Mr. Loganda is a go-getter and didnt hesitate to tour with us late in the evening or weekends. The first time I spoke to him a year before, he gave sound financial advise. At the time of my home buying, he was able to lock the rate on time before a substantial hike in the interest rate. Atleast 10 of my friends/colleagues would have purchased their homes through Mr. Loaganda. I would highly recommend Mr. Loganda and his firm for all real-estate investments.

My wife and I are so impressed with Mac and his team and everything they did for us. From start to finish, Mac was on our side and truly fought for us. There were times when we were almost ready to give up, but Mac advocated on our behalf, wouldn't take no for an answer, and helped us purchase and get approved for the home of our dreams! We would highly recommend working with Mac, you won't regret it!
