I worked with Dan Falvey on the Reece team as my Buyers agent and Mike Reece as the Sellers agent. Both Realtors were absolutely amazing. I first contacted Mike as the selling agent of the property I was wanting to buy and he was VERY helpful, and friendly and referred me to Dan on his team to represent me as the buyer. I ABSOLUTELY love Dan and could not recommend him enough. This was my first time buying a house in MA and he was there every step of the way, guiding me and explaining each step of the process. I was very needy but he NEVER made me feeling like an inconvenience or that I was bugging him with all my questions. That kind of patience is definitely a godsend! He has his clients wishes at heart and will be honest with you to make sure that you are making the right decision for YOU. I will 100% tell anyone I know about the Reece Team for all their Real Estate needs.

Mike Reece and his team were of incredible help in finding our next home. . The 3 months journey with Mike and his team was full of +ve experiences. One thing I liked about the team was "the response time and coordination". Someone would always be ready to respond to our questions and provide the details and guidance. Another thing I found very comforting for me was the flexibility and respect to our needs and thoughts. According to Mike - there is no silly question and he provided us that environment to speak our heart out while searching for the right place and do whatever gave us comfort.

I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone and I wish "The Reece team" the very best. I would love to work with him again :-)

It was a pleasure working with Michael Reece, from start to finish.
When I was thinking of selling my house I didn’t know which realtor to use so I started looking around for agents in my area. After spending so much time looking at their bios, I finally chose to go with Michael.
When I first approached Michael, he told me exactly what he was going to do, if I decided to go with him.
Michael, does not cut corners when it comes to present the house to potential buyers.
He uses professional services from photography to fliers,etc.
The house was sold in less than a week.
I could not have dreamed of a better outcome.
Highly recommended
