Phil lives and works in the the area our home was located. He has great real estate and architectural knowledge of these older homes, and knows the clientele who are looking to buy in the area. He was very personable, easy to work with, and made our selling experience very positive, especially since we were living in Arizona. He found us the necessary tradesman, and worked with us and our renter to ready the house for sale, and at a time that was best for us. Never pushy, but always giving us the needed advice to understand the market and how to get the most from it. We highly recommend Phil as a seller and/or buyers agent, as well as to help in a relocation purchase/sale.

After listing our home, Phil helped us collect multiple offers and guided us through each step of the way. We were in escrow less than two weeks after our first open house. Phil recently helped me become a first time home buyer! First off, he knows the city of Santa Ana inside and out. Being a single woman, he made sure that the neighborhoods we were looking in was safe and expressed his concerns when I asked about certain homes. I knew immediately he would not put me in a place that he didnt feel comfortable with and that alone made me trust him. He has a keen eye on every detail of the home. He makes sure to point out any historic details which is really cool especially in the older homes of Santa Ana. He made sure to be in constant contact with me during the duration of my house hunting and even after we closed escrow. He is someone I would recommend to anyone I know who is looking for a home. Phil is not the type of realtor who is just looking to sell any home to anyone. He has the passion to make sure the right home is sold to the right person or family. I am so glad to have found my first home with him!
