About Rick

Rick is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has resided in the Columbus Ohio area for over 45 years. Rick lives in Westerville along with his wife Robin (another dedicated real estate agent) and two Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers named Solomon and Jobee. They have 3 adult married children, Josh (Danielle), Alissa (Joshua), Jessica (Aaron) 3 grandsons Spencer, Brady Jonah and two grand daughters Nori and Parker Jane

In his professional career he has been very involved with the Columbus Realtors, serving on the Board of Directors for a three year elected term, has chaired the following committees Builder/Realtor Alliance, Government Affairs, Sales Awards and served as a member of Professional Standards, Grievance, Education and MLS committees. Rick's sales achievements include the 1, 5, 10 and 25 Million Dollar sales award. Rick and Robin were the first husband and wife team to earn the Lifetime Achievement Award from Columbus Realtors which is based on years of service, overall sales and volunteerism.

Rick gives back to his community. He works with various Dog Rescue Groups to transport the dogs from puppy mills to their furever homes. He is an Honor Flight Guardian and Volunteer. Honor Flight flies our WWII, Korea and Vietnam veterans to Washington DC (at no cost to them) to see their monuments and memorial. Rick has served as President of Hampsted Village and Upper Albany West homeowner associations. He also mentors newer agents in the office. He embodies personal and professional success. In 2019 he was Coldwell Banker's Community Service Award Winner.

He is a Certified Military Relocation Specialist, Senior Residential Specialist and a Probate Specialist. He works with many Relocation companies such as Cartus, Sirva, Weichart and Graebel.

Rick brought over 20 years of sales experience to his career with Coldwell Banker. This vast experience translates into Rick having the ability to successfully negotiate contracts for both buyers and sellers.

Rick's customers and clients continually comment on his warm personality and personal commitment in making any real estate transaction a pleasurable experience. Rick understands that the purchase or selling of Real Estate can be a challenging task for his clients. His goal is to minimize the stress and make the buying or selling process a smooth transaction.
