This was one of the most complicated housing transactions I have experienced. Sherry and David were there every step of the way. We had relocated out of Huntsville so when issues arose they helped us every step of the way. Communication was exceptional and Sherry is one of the most charming people that Ihave ever met. Well, Sherry found us our perfect home and worked with us throughout the entire process. It was a difficult situation with the home being sold due to divorce and bless her heart she did an amazing job being the mediator at times and helping each one of us to get through the closing of our house. David and Sherry Cox are simply the best. I don't even know how else to put it. If you're looking for excellence, its them. Friendly, patient, go getters, etc. I wouldn't trade them for anyone else as far as Realtors and I can even go as far as to say people. When you have people like them willing to do what it takes to help you in life as well as in business that goes a long way. And I can speak from my perspective as far as being a Christian they always exemplified to me Christ in their time being my realtors. If you're looking for Realtors who care about you from a personal standpoint and business stance and love their job then I would say go with them 100%.

Sherry was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was always willing to answer any questions we had and was extremely professional. She was so kind to work with us while we looked at houses via FaceTime because we lived in California at the time we purchased our house with her in Alabama. She was so sweet to have my in-laws meet with her at houses as well and she and her husband drove my in-laws around the area so they could help determine which location they thought would be best for us. I would highly recommend Sherry as your realtor!

Sherry and David were absolutely amazing to work with. We are a military family, and moving and finding the perfect house can be a stressful process, but they made it a breeze! The day I saw the listing we wanted, Sherry got us in to see the house and get an offer in the same evening. Her quick actions ensured we were chosen by the sellers and it meant everything to me that she was so ready to do that for us. David was amazing walking with my father through the home inspection and together, David and Sherry were amazing in helping us through the entire process while we were out of state. Sherry was so patient with me through the entire process and would send me periodic updates that kept me reassured that we were well taken care of. Sherry and David have been our Realtors of choice since in 2004. We have completed 4 separate real estate transactions for residential and investment properties. All were handled professionally and there were no surprises at closing. Sherry and David‘s approach to listing, promoting and selling our homes was flawless and in our cases were completed within 60 days (listing to closing). One was completed in under 30 days. Sherry gave very specific staging instructions that enhanced the market interest in the homes which netted interested buyers. Professional people who treat you like family.

I was paired with Mrs. Sherry through the Homes for Heroes program. It couldn't have been a better fit! As a first time home buyer, I had to do a lot of research in a short amount of time. Mrs. Sherry was always available by phone or text to answer questions and guide me through the process. We had a crazy 5 months together(time crunches, personal issues on top of the purchasing process, lender obstacles, outbids, losing the house after going under contract, disappointing house searches,and so much more!) She was always patient with me, ready to view homes on short notice, kept me motivated when I wanted to give up, and always made sure that me and my girls (including my dog) had what we needed through it all! Meeting her was nothing short of divine intervention. I wasn't in town when the house I bought went on the market, but she took the time for me to see it by video. I wasn't sure about it, but it ended up being "THE ONE", even after going under contract, losing it, and ultimately getting the opportunity to buy it again! She knew from the beginning!! Mrs. Sherry and Mr David (her husband) tag teamed with different phases of the process and overall made my first purchase a reality. She's not pushy, LOVES seeing houses (sometimes more than I did), gives her opinion only when asked, even if it's not what you want to hear, stays on top of things, and ultimately cares about finding you the RIGHT home. I would recommend her without a second thought.

Sherry/David, words can't express my gratitude for your guidance, kindness, sense of humor and tenacity to get us in a home, regardless of the obstacles we faced. Thank you for sticking it out with me! We are forever grateful!!

Sherry was a God-send to me when I was selling my house. She was available to me every step of the way. Helped me navigate getting different contractors to work on specific things. Always available to answer my questions. I had to move out of town before the house sold. And she was a watchful eye over the house while I was away. You should hire Sherry to be your realtor.
