I am a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor-PSA, & Military Relocation Professional-MRP agent, being a Navy brat I truly love working with our Veterans & Active Military. My husband & I relocated from Western NY so I familiar with the relocating process also and the extra stress it can add. Living and working in the Phoenix West Valley for over 14 years, I love working and playing where I live, which is currently Estrella Mountain Ranch.

Home is a foundation of safety, growth, and love. It's also one of the strongest investments a person can make.
In my free time Ienjoy volunteering with Arizona Boston Terrier Rescue, I have been rescuing Boston Terriers since 1999 & currently have 3, which of course drives my husband crazy at times. During football season you will find me cheering for my Steelers, which is fun when your husband is a Buffalo Bills fan, we also enjoy NASCAR & love that Phoenix hosts the Championship races in November.

Stephanie has helped me twice in a home purchase and once for a friend in the last 3 years. Two of these purchases were remote and sight-unseen. Buying a home without seeing it, means you must trust your realtor! She always listens and understands what you are looking for, she doesn't waste your time on others. She looks out and goes to bat for her client and goes above and beyond to make sure all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed.

Fantastic service & work ethic from Stephanie Peters:

Stephanie did an absolutely fantastic job for us on the sale of our home. My brother and I live in Nebraska and when my father passed away, selling a home in Surprise, AZ seemed like it was going to be a daunting task. However, Stephanie did such an amazing job that everything went incredibly smooth. She took care of things before we even had to ask about them and was professional and kind throughout the entire process. This was very appreciated because it would have been very easy for her to get frustrated trying to coordinate all the spinning plates across multiple states. She was always available and speedy in her response time on all issues/paperwork. With all the things that needed to happen to sell the house, I figured it would take at least six months, but Stephanie had the deal closed in less than 60 days.

I have worked with many realtors across multiple states and I can whole-heartedly say that Stephanie would be my #1 pick and I would fully recommend her to anyone buying/selling a home.
