The business is obviously professional with knowledge of this area. We were provided enough paperwork so that we felt informed but not too much so we felt overwhelmed. Documents were on time, expedient, easy to use.
Erin was exactly the right realtor for us. She was attentive enough, but not invasive. She was thorough and tended to detail. She asked gentle but important questions so she could help us properly. Her calm voice and extensive understanding of the process helped make things easy and comfortable.

After seven frustrating and fruitless months working with a different realtor, we switched to Erin and could not have been more impressed with (and grateful for) her professionalism, knowledge of industry, savvy negotiating, and client advocacy. We were in contract on a house we loved within a couple of weeks! The inspection, remedy, and closing processes can be tense, but we were so confident with Erin as our guide. I can’t recommend Erin highly enough and we will surely be using her for any and all future real estate needs we have!
