Bridle Trails

Bridle Trails is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the area, so multimillion-dollar homes are the norm. Homebuyers can expect custom-built homes, estates and mansions priced from $1.2 million to $7.3 million. The neighborhoods stands out as a low-density in terms of single-family residential. "Many houses here have large lots, and they have more privacy than a lot of neighboring places," says Dana Johnston, a broker with Windermere Real Estate. Johnston has been a Realtor since 1998. Some properties come with more than an acre of land.
On the eastern side of Bridle Trails, close to Redmond's Microsoft campus, there are collections of condos, typically one- or two-bedrooms, priced from $370,000 to $600,000. Some communities, like the resort-style Sixty-01 Village, are gated and include amenities like pools, racquetball courts, clubhouses and more. Homeowners association fees run from about $350 to $800.
