Quiet Brentwood neighborhood offering easy commutes through the Bay Area
Located right next to California State Route 4, Apple Hill is a conveniently located peaceful neighborhood in the East Bay city of Brentwood. “It’s close to a couple of really nice shopping centers, but you’re not on a busy street dealing with traffic,” says Michele Lane, a Realtor with eXp Realty who has lived in the area for nearly 20 years. “It’s a really cute neighborhood. I like it a lot. The schools are good, and you’ve got beautiful tree-lined streets that are very quiet. People are always out walking with their strollers and their dogs. It’s just very neighborly.” Apple Hill is convenient for a multitude of reasons. For one, it offers a quick trip to shopping at spots like Sand Creek Crossing and The Streets of Brentwood. Secondly, Downtown Brentwood is just over 2 miles away. Plus, the proximity to Highway 4 makes it easy to commute into the Bay Area.
