Suburban communities and spacious country homes

“Options range from affordable condos for first-time buyers to expansive equestrian estates,” says Watkins. “The area’s charm lies in its mix of rural ambiance and well-maintained neighborhoods.” Single-family homes sell for a median of $1.5 million, but prices vary widely. A handful of ranch-style and Craftsman homes sell for under a million. Suburbs stocked with Modern Traditional and Mediterranean Revival homes sell for around the median price.
