Four Hills Village
Traditional adobe homes and custom-built estates

The oldest homes in the neighborhood sit along the golf course at The Canyon Club and date to 1957, while newer construction includes new traditional homes built around the early 2000s. Styles range from traditional ranch-style and adobe houses to custom-built midcentury modern and Colonial Revival estates. Residents enjoy plenty of privacy with an average lot size of about a quarter acre. Most homes feature desert landscaping, covered patios and in-ground pools. Prices range from around $285,000 for a two-bedroom adobe-style home to $895,000 for a sprawling custom-built estate with half an acre of land. “Updated homes on large lots go pretty quickly,” DeMay says. Several townhome communities are scattered throughout the neighborhood, with prices ranging from about $220,000 to $435,000. According to FEMA, homeowners in Four Hills Village face a relatively moderate risk of wildfires.Albuquerque public schools earn high rankings
