Alps Road is a busy, four-lane commercial strip with several shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores and retailers. The newly developed Beechwood Shopping Center is home to many national favorites, like TJ Maxx, Michael’s and The Fresh Market. It also features several restaurants, like Playa Bowls and Willy’s Mexicana Grill. Willy’s serves build-your-own burritos and bowls with protein options such as red Chile adobe chicken and ancho steak. The Paseo Project plans to increase walkability and bring new businesses to the shopping center by the end of 2024. The Alps Village Shopping Center features Kroger, Pet Supplies Plus and Five Below. There are also several restaurants along West Broad Street. Another Broken Egg Café and Blind Pig Tavern are popular spots for a meal.
