Many of the traditional homes alongside Margaret Mitchell Drive to the north list between $400,000 and $600,000, while Midcentury Modern homes that sit by Moores Mill Road in the south can list between $800,000 to $1 million. Westminister and Atlanta public schools
In addition to the local elementary school, Margaret Mitchell also has a private Christian school in Westminister Schools, which sits on a 180-acre wooded campus to the north and has an A-plus on Niche. While no longer known as Margaret Mitchell Elementary, Morris Brandon Elementary is a National Blue Ribbon School and has an A-minus on Niche. The public educational pathway continues at Sutton Middle School, which has a B-plus on Niche, and ends at North Atlanta High School, which has an A and is notable for its art programs.
Westminster is a Christian, independent co-ed school, located in the Paces neighborhood.

The Paul Koshewa Trail is a nearly 2-mile trail that loops around the Westminster campus and provides easy access to the 16-mile-long Nancy Creek. Limited bus stops with railway connections
Interstate 75 runs along the eastern side of the neighborhood, offering direct access into downtown Atlanta to the south or north into Cobb County, home of the Atlanta Braves. While there aren’t any bus stops in the neighborhood, there are bus stops at Howell Mill Road across the highway that take residents to Midtown Station and the local middle and high school. Red and gold line connections also connect residents to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, which is 11 miles south. The closest 24-hour emergency care is 5 miles southeast at the Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.

Peachtree Creek and Nancy Creek are both at the highest risk of flooding, with water levels sometimes exceeding 3 feet. The southwestern portion of the neighborhood is in an ember zone due to being so close to the park, while homes located alongside I-75 do get noise from the traffic.
